Remove Warts Naturally
Warts, which are caused by a virus, can easily spread to different areas of the body and can also infect other people through skin-to-skin contact. There are currently many conventional remedies for removing warts, but they are not always 100% effective and will not work for everyone. If you are one of those who have not been able to remove them using conventional methods, you can take a look at the following house tips. They are all completely economical, easy to use and, if used frequently, can remove warts.
Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is one of the most widely used home remedies in the world thanks to its medicinal properties. This product, which incidentally costs very little, has a powerful effect on ugly warts. However, vinegar does not kill the virus that causes warts; the acid content simply attacks the fleshy part of which the wart is composed.
You will need:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Cotton pads or a cotton cloth
What should I do?
Moisten the cotton with vinegar and apply it directly on the wart. Cover with a strip of gauze bandage and let it work overnight. The following morning, remove the gauze. You should repeat the treatment every night for best results (for about one to two weeks).
Banana peel
Bananas are good for the health of the skin and in this case they contain a proteolytic enzyme that dissolves warts.
You will need:
- 1 banana peel
What should I do?
Scrape the inside of the banana peel with a spoon to get a white paste. Apply this paste directly on the wart, and wash your hands to prevent the wart from spreading to other areas of your body. Repeat until the desired result is achieved.
Vitamin C
The direct application of vitamin C to warts can help kill the virus that causes them. This method has been popular for many years as most who have tried it have achieved good results.
You will need:
- Vitamin C tablet
- A mortar
- A little lemon juice
What should I do?
Use a mortar to crush the vitamin C tablet, and add a little lemon juice to make a paste. Apply the mixture directly on the wart, cover with gauze and let it work overnight. Repeat this treatment daily.
Basil
Basil is another great way to remove warts and fight the virus that causes them. This herb is known for its powerful antiviral properties, and therefore has a strong effect against warts.
You will need:
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- Gaze or a bandage
What should I do?
Wash the basil and blend it into a paste. Apply it directly on the wart, cover with a bandage or gauze and let it work overnight. Repeat this treatment every day for two weeks.
Dandelion
Dandelion contains a liquid that is really effective against warts. If you have any dandelions growing in your backyard or garden, do not hesitate to use them to remove warts.
You will need:
- 1 dandelion
- A bandage
What should I do?
Remove the head of the dandelion and extract the milk found in the stem. Apply it directly on the wart and cover with a bandage. Use this treatment twice daily to completely remove the warts.
