Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 pose frozen calamari (200 g)
  • 1 or 2 fish fillets for broth (200 g)
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. paprika (5 g)
  • 1 liter of fish broth
  • 150 g thick noodles
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

Guidance

  1. Finely chop onions, peppers and garlic finely. Fry these ingredients in a pan with olive oil.
  2. When these ingredients are tender, add the tomato (which has already been cut into cubes) and stir constantly. Fry for about 10 minutes more, or until all the ingredients are completely cooked.
  3. Meanwhile, bring the salted water to a boil in another saucepan.
  4. Clean, peel and fillet the fish if necessary: The fish must be completely clean and free of bones before you put it in the soup. If you wish, you can also add the fish skin and bones to the broth to give it more flavor.
  5. Next, add the paprika to the frying and stir well. Immediately after, the hot water is added to said frying. If you added the fish bones and / or skins to the water before, you will need to sift the water before integrating it into the frying pan. Otherwise, you will end up with bones in your soup, which can actually be quite dangerous. You can not add bones or skins to the finished soup product.
  6. Now it’s time to add fish, frozen peas and noodles.
  7. Then let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes more until the noodles are perfectly cooked.
