  • 2 cups broccoli (240 g)
  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)

  • 1 tbsp. salt (15 g)
  • ½ cup white wine (125 ml)
  • 1 tbsp. pepper (15 g)
  • ½ tbsp. parsley (8 g)
  • 1 tbsp. leek (15 g)
