  • 10 cloves garlic (50g)
  • 6 eggs (optional)
  • 12 slices of hard bread (72g)
  • 1 piece serrano ham (150g)
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (50ml)

  • 2 ½ liters of meat bullion (you can also use chicken or vegetable broth)
