  • 1 cup milk (100 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper (5 g)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (10 g)
  • 1 small white snapper
  • 1 cup cheese, grated (100 g)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (45 g)
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour (45 g)
  • 2 onions in slices (200 g)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed nutmeg

Cooking

  • Start by cleaning the fish by removing the entrails and gills. Cut some crosses in the meat to make sure the fish is cooked through inside. Then season the fish with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • For the bechamel sauce, heat your cup of milk along with the nutmeg at medium temperature.
  • Melt the butter and stir in the wheat flour together with the milk mixture.

  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper (5 g)

Cooking

  • Clean the fish and cut in oblique scratches so that it is cooked through inside. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
