Ingredients:

  • 5 carrots cut into cubes
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 500 grams of peeled tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 cabbage head, chopped
  • 450 grams of green beans
  • 1.8 L tomato juice
  • 2 green peppers cut into cubes
  • 10 stalks celery leaves, chopped with tops
  • 400 mL chicken or vegetable stock
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • Other herbs you want to add (parsley, coriander)

Preparation:

  1. Put carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers and celery in a large saucepan.
